Weddings, Vacations and Where I have Been

The last few months have flown by.  Literally.  I remember posting my NYC giveaway video and now it's July.  It's kind of crazy how time just flies.  I don't even know where to begin...

...Lets start with the travelling.

My first trip was to Cancun for my cousin's wedding.  I want to make a separate post on my complete travel adventures, but overall, it was a successful trip.  We went for five days at the beginning of May due to my cousins big fat Indian wedding.  Between the zip lining, the dolphins, and my insanely curly hair, it was most definitely a successful trip.  Now that the weather is just as crazy in Canada, my hair looks like this pretty much...every other week?!
Next stop...New Jersey and Philly.  Okay, its true!  We only went to Philly for the day, but it counts since I am a tourist!  I went to New Jersey during the May 24 long weekend for my cousin's baby shower.  Ah, New Jersey!  The home of some of my closest cousins.  One of my homes away from home!  Although New Jersey felt like an at-home experience, Philly taught me a few things.  That will be saved for a later post as well.  Here is a picture of me hugging my hero, Rocky.

Last, but not least, I travelled to The Big Apple.  This is where I found my inspiration again. I have a lot that I can and want to say about New York.  I feel that many have misconceptions on how to tackle this big city.  I think ive figured it out!  The best part of my trip was walking the Brooklyn bridge.  I definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!
Lets move on to the weddings now.  I will keep this short and sweet.  If you follow me on Instagram, you will notice that I have been attending a countless amount of weddings.  Two of the brides were close friends and I was in the bridal party for one of them.  Besides that, I have my jobs as well.  To put a cherry on top, my room is still being redecorated!  My closet was just made!
In a nutshell, I was just really uninspired and overwhelmed.  I finally opened my eyes and realized that inspiration has been all around me!  I just had to tap into it!
